SHIPPING:
All orders placed Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM EST will be
shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays
will be shipped the next business day. Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex
Ground and US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Typical shipping is 5
business days to West Coast and 2 business days to East Cost. The day the
item(s) are delivered to the shipping vendor is not included as a shipping
day. Example: Order placed on Tuesday at 3:30 pm, sent to shipping vendor on
Wed for 2nd day, Thursday is the first shipping day and Friday is the second
shipping day which the item(s) are scheduled to arrive.
WHERE WE SHIP:
United States: We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous States. We do not ship to PO Box/APO/FPO addresses. Contact us at info@shermansteddybears.com
and we will be happy to provide shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Please include
the name and quantity of the item(s) and desired shipping address.
Canada: We no longer offer shipping to Canada.
International Shipping: Contact us at info@shermansteddybears.com
and we will be happy to provide shipping rates to other international locations.
Please include the name and quantity of the item(s) and desired shipping address.
A physical address and phone number is required for all international shipments.
Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within the receiving country are
the buyers responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs. Average delivery
time for shipping internationally via USPS Global Priority mail are typically between 10-15 business days, but will vary by actual shipping address. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. All
items ship under the name and address of Distribution Center. If you have any

and we will be happy to assist you. Please include the name and quantity of the
item(s) and desired shipping address.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We stock all items locally, although at times a high demand item may be temporarily out of stock or on back order. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped with in 72 hours of purchase, we will not process the charge and will inform you the item is out of stock immediately. We will provide you with expected shipping date and will not ship unless you provide written confirmation to ship upon receipt
of out of stock item.
ENCLOSURE CARDS:
An enclosure card is included in all of our gifts with the message of your choice.
PAYMENT:
SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. Paypal payments can be made to sales@shermansteddybears.com. Please note that your payment will have the name Sherman's Endeavors on your charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. You may also
call FED EX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.
REFUNDS:
At SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS we take pride in offering quality products and responsive service. We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 10 days of the gift being received. You will be requested to return defective item(s) to SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS.
PRIVACY POLICY:
SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS will never sell or allow any third party access to your name, address, credit card information or other personal information except for the purpose of processing each order submitted through the SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS web site.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY:
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. We believe it is
