We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous States. Contact us at info@shermansteddybears.com and we will be happy to provide shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Please include the name and quantity of the item(s) and desired shipping address.

What is your Canada shipping policy?
We offer shipping to Canada on select items under "Canada Delivery" in the product section of our website. The shipping cost includes the completed customs forms required. A physical address and phone number is required for all shipments to Canada. Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within Canada are the buyers responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs. Average delivery time for shipping surface to Canada is 7-10 business days. We do not offer 2nd day or Overnight shipping to Canada.

What is your International shipping policy?
Contact us at info@shermansteddybears.com and we will be happy to provide shipping rates to other international locations. Please include the name and quantity of the item(s) and desired shipping address. A physical address and phone number is required for all international shipments. Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within the receiving country are the buyers responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs. Average delivery time for shipping internationally are typically between 10-15 business days, but will vary by actual shipping address. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. All items ship under the name and address of Distribution Center. Please include the name and quantity of the item(s) and desired shipping address.

How do you ship?
Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex Ground and US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders placed Monday - Friday by 5:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Typical shipping is 5 business days to West Coast and 2 business days to East Cost. The day the item(s) are delivered to the shipping vendor is not included as a shipping day. Example: Order placed on Tuesday at 3:30 pm, sent to shipping vendor on Wed for 2nd day, Thursday is the first shipping day and Friday is the second shipping day which the item(s) are scheduled to arrive.

What if my order is out of stock?
We stock all items locally, although at times a high demand item may be temporarily out of stock or on back order. If an item is out of stock and cannot be shipped with in 72 hours of purchase, we will not process the charge and will inform you the item is out of stock immediately. We will provide you with expected shipping date and will not ship unless you provide written confirmation to ship upon receipt of out of stock item.

Yes. You have the option to state whether the bear is for you or another recipient.

Yes. An enclosure card is included in all of our gifts with the message of your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?
SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. Paypal payments can be made to sales@shermansteddybears.com. Please note that your payment will have the name Sherman's Endeavors on your charge.

Can I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift online. You may also call FED EX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.

What is your refund policy?
At SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS we take pride in offering quality teddy bears and responsive service. We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 10 days of the gift being received. You will be requested to return defective item(s) to SHERMAN'S TEDDY BEARS.
